Every person who appears in a stream, gallery, photo, video, paid message, promotional material, or any other content on Lusty Velvet must have their own platform account, must be verified by the platform system, and must be approved to participate in content.
Submitting this request alone is not enough. The added person must personally confirm their consent from their own email address. Until consent is confirmed and the person is approved by the platform, they must not be used in any content.
This rule applies to all content on the platform, including live streams, private shows, group chats, photos, galleries, videos, paid messages, and promotional materials.

- Without consent confirmation and approval, this person must not be used in streams, galleries, photos, videos, paid messages, promotional materials, or any other content on the platform.
- I confirm that I will not use this person in any content until they are approved.
- I understand that providing false information or using an unapproved person may result in content removal, account feature restrictions, account suspension, payout withholding, or other measures under the platform rules.

A short explanation of the rules for adding another person to content on Lusty Velvet.
1. When do I need to add a person?
You must add another person whenever that person is intended to appear in a stream, private show, group chat, photo, gallery, video, paid message, promotional material, or any other content on Lusty Velvet.
It does not matter whether the person is fully visible, only partially visible, in the background, or appears only briefly.
2. Does this also apply to photos, galleries, and videos?
Yes. This rule does not apply only to live streaming. It applies to all content on the platform, including photos, galleries, videos, paid content, previews, profile media, and promotional materials.
If another person appears in the content, that person must be approved by the platform first.
3. Is it enough that the person already has an account?
No. Having an account alone is not enough.
The added person must have their own Lusty Velvet account, must be verified by the platform system, and must confirm consent to participate in content. Only after approval may the person be used in shared content.
It is not allowed to use someone else's account or confirm consent on behalf of another person.
4. Can I use the person immediately after submitting the request?
No. Submitting the request does not mean approval.
You must not use the person in a stream, gallery, photos, videos, or any other content until they have confirmed consent from their own email address and the request has been approved by the platform.
5. What happens after I submit the request?
After submission, the system creates a person approval request. The added person will receive an email asking them to confirm consent.
The platform will then check whether the person has their own account, whether the account is verified, and whether consent has been confirmed. Until approval is complete, the person must not be used in any content.
6. What if the person does not confirm the email?
If the added person does not confirm consent from their own email address, the request remains incomplete and the person must not be used in any content.
Entering a username and email address is not enough by itself.
7. What if someone appears in the stream by accident?
If an unapproved person appears in the stream by accident, you must immediately interrupt the stream or ensure that the person is no longer visible or audible.
An accidental appearance of another person does not make it allowed.
8. What if the person is only in the background, audible, or partially visible?
The rule also applies if the person is only partially visible, in the background, in a mirror, in a photograph, on a screen, in a video, or if their voice can be heard.
If the person is not approved, they must not be part of the content.
9. Do I need to upload documents or a legal name?
No. This form is not used to upload documents, a legal name, or a date of birth.
Identity and age verification takes place in the platform system during account registration and verification. This form only asks for a username and email address.
10. What if the person later disputes consent or requests content removal?
Any person depicted in content may request review, restriction, or removal of content through the separate Appeal / Content Removal Request form.
During review, the platform may temporarily hide, restrict, or remove the content. The review may include checks of verification records, consent records, publication history, and other compliance documentation.
This person approval form is not used for disputes or content removal. Those cases must be handled through the separate Appeal / Content Removal Request form.
11. What can happen if the rules are violated?
Using an unapproved person, providing false information, or violating consent rules may result in content removal, account feature restrictions, account suspension, payout withholding, or other measures under the platform rules.
The platform may also suspend publication, distribution, monetization, or access to content while a review is in progress.
